Qualification counselling by the IQ Network Baden-Württemberg

Since 2015, recognition counselling has been supplemented by IQ qualification counselling in the four administrative regions of Freiburg, Mannheim, Stuttgart and Ulm. This service is offered to all those who require counselling following their recognition procedure and especially those whose qualifications have not been fully recognised and who require adaptation programmes to compensate for the substantial differences identified by the competent authority.

You can receive advice through qualification counselling on the following questions:

  • What are "partial recognition", "partial equivalence" and "recognition subject to conditions"?
  • How can "substantial differences" be compensated for?
  • Where are there training opportunities enabling me to attain full recognition or a license to pursue a trade?
  • What qualification programmes are best for me? Where can I get help with the language?
  • What are the options in the case of non-recognition or rejection?
  • How can training courses be financed and where are there funding opportunities?

You can access qualification counselling by phone, e-mail or postal mail. Please don't hesitate to make an appointment for a personal conversation.
